Each hairstylist and makeup artist on our team is handpicked by our founder, Kayla VanderZiel, chosen not only for their years of experience and training, but for their warmth and care. Ziel Bridal personally connects with every bride who books, pairing her with the artist best suited to her style, vision, and personality.

Every look we create is fully customized and never one-size-fits-all. We pride ourselves on being great listeners first, artists second, curating an experience where our brides feel comfortable, heard, and deeply appreciated.

Meet The Founder

How It Started

My passion for beauty started young. I’ve been a hairstylist since 2009, and within four years I was named Director of Education at my first salon. I’ve never stopped growing my craft, training in advanced techniques across New York, Texas, and California under some of the beauty industry’s most respected names, including Aveda, Bumble and Bumble, L’Oréal Professional, and Davines. My work has earned national recognition and publication.

But my drive goes beyond artistry. I believe every woman deserves to be lifted up by other women, and it’s this belief that shaped Ziel Bridal. Throughout my career, I noticed a pattern: brides spend their lives caring for everyone around them. So I built a business with one goal, to finally take care of the bride. A wedding day, I believe, should feel relaxing, empowering, pampering, and luxurious, from the very first appointment.

That same philosophy shapes the Ziel Bridal team. In an industry known for competition, I built something different: a small, intentional team where support and collaboration come first, chosen not just for talent but for kindness and heart. It’s a team that feels like family, working toward one shared goal, giving every bride the best experience of her life.
