What You Need To Know To Book Your Beauty Vendor
Hello future Brides! Thank you for your interest in Ziel Bridal, we cannot WAIT to work with you! We at Ziel pride ourselves on our organization and seamlessness in our booking process and ‘day of’ practices. (We know how important those things are on your big day!) When booking with us, there are a few details we ask you to be prepared with so we can help your day run as smoothly as possible!
- How many services do you need?
This is important for us to help determine the number of artists we need to assign to your group and also helps us know how much time you will need for your total services. Please make sure and check with your wedding party first about who is doing what services. If you are booking a year+ out, we request booking for our minimum (bride + 3) and then adding add on services later. If you wait too long, we may not have an additional artist available if needed, so its important to let us know as soon as possible about how many services are needed.
- What time can you enter your venue?
It is important to ask your venue what time you are able to get in to start hair and makeup. Of course, it’s fun to use those gorgeous bridal rooms, but keep in mind, depending on when you’re able to access your venue, you may want to consider a hotel or residence to start the getting ready process sooner.
- What time will the photos start?
We want to make sure we get you picture perfect! So, we always like to know your photo schedule ahead of time for timing purposes. Are you doing a first look? Are you doing bridal party or family photos prior to the ceremony? This will all help determine what time we need to have you and your group ready.
- Service time
We want to make sure the timing of everything goes smoothly for your group. The bigger the wedding party, the more time you’ll need to plan for. You will want to plan for at least 40 minutes per service for your bridal party and 60 minutes for each of the Bride’s services. If you request add on services, keep in mind, that will add extra time.
- Morning itinerary
We create it for you! You’ll know exactly what time we arrive for set up, what time all your services start, and the time at which all services will be finished. Each person in your party will have their own time slot. Please make sure everyone is ready for their services at their allotted time.
